Network Analyst II - Information Systems at Baxter Health – Mountain Home, Arkansas

SUMMARY: Responsible and accountable for planning and design aspects of enterprise server technical support including configuration, administration, and maintenance of all server hardware/software systems in support of the organization

Understands and adheres to Baxter Health standards as they appear in Healthstream Policy Manager.

Required to work with the Director of Information Systems regularly to carryout, initiate and/or implement best practices for the Baxter Health Information Systems Department.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.

Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in enterprise server technical support including both hardware and software installation/configuration skills required.

Certifications: Current network/server/virtualization level industry certification required.

Other: Significant working knowledge of Windows/Linux/Active Directory/eDirectory/Novell OES/Email systems/SQL required.

Preferred Education/Experience: Virtualization (Vmware), SAN configuration, scripting, MS policy, TCP/IP protocol experience recommended.

This is a position in a hospital setting which is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Flexible work schedule, 5 days a week, Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts.
