This role sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and supplier economics within a fast-growing health technology environment focused on improving access to care. You will help shape pricing decisions across products, supplements, and laboratory services, ensuring the right balance between competitiveness, margin performance, and supplier strategy. Working closely with Supplier, Category, and Finance teams, you will transform complex data into actionable insights that directly influence negotiations and commercial outcomes. The role combines analytical depth with business partnering, requiring strong financial reasoning and a structured approach to pricing governance. You will build and maintain pricing models, dashboards, and scenario analyses that support leadership decision-making. This is a high-impact position where your work directly contributes to scalable growth, supplier relationships, and overall category performance.
The Senior Pricing Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining pricing strategies that optimize margins, strengthen supplier relationships, and support category performance. This includes delivering data-driven insights, building financial models, and enabling informed decision-making across product and laboratory partnerships.
- Analyze pricing, discounting, and margin trends across supplements, laboratory services, and key supplier categories
- Build and maintain pricing models, dashboards, and reporting tools to support strategic decision-making
- Monitor market trends, supplier pricing behavior, and competitive positioning to inform pricing strategy
- Support supplier negotiations through financial analysis, scenario modeling, and impact assessment
- Partner with Category, Supplier, and Finance teams to provide analytical support for business decisions
- Ensure pricing accuracy, governance, and consistency across systems and workflows
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support pricing strategy, supplier initiatives, and leadership requests
- Evaluate margin impacts of pricing decisions and provide recommendations to optimize profitability
This role requires a strong analytical professional with experience in pricing, financial modeling, or supplier strategy within data-driven environments. The ideal candidate combines commercial acumen with technical skills and the ability to communicate insights clearly across teams.
- 3–5+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, supplier strategy, or related analytical roles
- Strong financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills with attention to detail
- Experience working with pricing structures, discounting logic, and margin optimization
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; SQL and BI tools are highly preferred
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience in healthcare, supplements, labs, or marketplace environments is an asset
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, data-driven environments with multiple stakeholders
- Competitive salary range: $80,000 – $100,000 CAD
