What You'll Do:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and highly organized individual to work in a collaborative and fast paced environment. The successful candidate will exhibit a high degree of emotional intelligence, be detail oriented, proactive and professional while providing administrative support to the Chief Accounting Officer and Head of Investor Relations.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Chief Accounting Officer and Head of Investor Relations to ensure optimal workflow, efficiency, and time management. This will include strategically coordinating and prioritizing complex schedules with various internal and external partners and always anticipating next steps.
  • Apply the utmost discretion to sensitive and confidential company and personal information that others may not be privy to.
  • Manage calendars and daily workflows, juggling competing priorities as necessary and making appropriate and informed decisions regarding available time.
  • Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the executive, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
  • Organize, synthesize, and prioritize large volumes of information.
  • Communicate with other executives and the general staff f and coordinate logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally.
  • Arrange international and domestic travel, both business and personal, coordinate meetings by developing itineraries and agendas, book transportation, and arrange lodging.
  • Answer telephone calls, email requests and written correspondence.
  • Work independently and within a team on ad hoc projects.
  • Respond to queries from management and other team members quickly, clearly, and courteously.
  • Reflect the company culture when conducting activities.
  • Manage requests for your leader's time and attention to internal and external matters while ensuring key issues and concerns are effectively addressed.
  • Create and maintain filing systems (i.e. contacts, monthly calendar), both electronic and paper.
  • Various ad hoc duties related to household and family management.


Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience in an administrative role supporting senior level management.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Experience working under pressure and managing multiple, competing tasks and priorities.
  • Superior organizational skills and detail oriented.
  • Excellent oral, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to draft, proofread and edit documents for spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Demonstrates the highest level of maturity, professionalism, and judgment.
  • Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications including Google and MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using Concur for expense reporting is a plus.
  • Ability to manage calendar and make travel arrangements using a company travel agency.
  • High degree of personal and professional integrity and the ability to work with sensitive or confidential information.
  • Agile mindset - with the ability to successfully manage competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated capacity for self-reflection and ability to take initiative.
  • Actively participates and collaborates with others on one's own team and across the company for the achievement of business goals.
  • Clearly conveys and accurately receives information by a variety of methods and in various situations.
  • Builds rapport with all kinds of people inside and outside the organization.
  • Ability to prioritize, quickly pivot, and excellent time-management skills.
  • Must be willing and eager to learn team objectives and functions to help streamline processes.
  • Must have the ability to think ahead and to work well under pressure.
  • Must be a team player with a high level of initiative and willingness to take ownership of tasks and issues and follow up to ensure that they are successfully brought to completion.
  • Must be able to support a global team and available outside of the normal work hours.

Base Pay Range: $90,000 - $110,000 + Overtime

We're committed to offering competitive and flexible compensation to attract top talent. This pay range reflects our good faith estimate for the role and may vary based on a candidate's experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors.

For bonus-eligible roles, targets are determined based on multiple considerations, including market benchmarks and individual contributions.
