Maintenance Technician - Manufacturing at Flexcraft – NEPTUNE CITY, New Jersey

Flexcraft is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep our blow molding and injection molding equipment running safely and efficiently. • Perform preventive maintenance on molding and auxiliary equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic & pneumatic issues
• Work with 480V/three‑phase electrical systems
• Support equipment installations, relocations & upgrades
• Maintain accurate CMMS records
• Collaborate with Engineering & Production to reduce downtime
• Follow all OSHA & safety procedures

• 2+ years industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic & electrical knowledge
• Ability to use hand tools, shop equipment & welding tools (a plus)
• Ability to lift 50–70 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment
