As a Technical Recruiter specializing in staff augmentation, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for contract, temporary, and project-based technical roles. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand immediate staffing requirements and deliver qualified professionals quickly and efficiently.
You will also build and maintain a strong network of contingent workers and contractors, leveraging proactive sourcing strategies and industry connections to ensure a steady pipeline of talent for ongoing and future projects.
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for contract and project-based technical roles across multiple disciplines.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify passive talent through LinkedIn, job boards, and contractor networks.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process using the Talent Acquisition System, ensuring compliance and timely onboarding.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and hiring managers to understand urgent staffing needs and project requirements.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of contingent workers for rapid deployment.
- Submit qualified candidates within tight deadlines to meet client expectations.
- Provide recruitment metrics and status updates to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
- Negotiate rates and terms with candidates and ensure alignment with client budgets.
- Assist with other Talent Acquisition or HR projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience recruiting for staff augmentation or contract-based technical roles.
- Strong understanding of contingent workforce models and vendor management systems (VMS).
- Proven ability to source passive candidates using advanced tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize urgent needs.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms.
- Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to contract staffing.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Successful drug screening.
