Trade Support Analyst – Pooled Fund Trading

What You Will Do
  • Responsible for analysis and execution of pooled fund trades for our Institutional and Retail client base. This is very key trading role, collating incoming/outgoing funds into pooled fund transactions that feed Portfolio Managers to make trading decisions.
  • The role covers transactions into our broad suite of product offerings with a wide variety of asset classes, global markets and fund management techniques.
  • Working with PMs the role takes responsibility for efficient trading within tight deadlines, whilst adhering to fund trading rules, targets and ADLs should they apply.
  • Onboarding of new accounts, products and counterparties in relevant internal systems.
  • Execution of rebalancing trades to adjust pooled fund mix for clients over month end.
  • Responsible for ensuring timely settlement through managing custodian relationships.
  • Working with systems and technology teams to automate and improve processes with new technology.
  • Maintaining and improving our Trade Support processes, systems and data to maximize efficiency and minimize risk.
About You
  • 2+ years of trade operations experience in Investment Management or related field.
  • Experience within Pooled Fund trading.
  • Relevant education and industry certifications.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
  • Effective communicator in both verbal and written communications.
  • Resourceful and able to resolve complex problems quickly.
  • Passionate about learning, with a curiosity to understand the why.
The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000. The salary range provided reflects the base salary range for this position as required by legislation. In addition, there is an annual performance bonus which contributes to the total compensation for this position. Further questions may be directed to the HR team during the interview process.
