Role Overview:

We're looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist I to join our Work Operations and Planning team. In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately entering and managing data tied to field work validation, making sure everything lines up with required processes and design standards. Your work will support a unified system of records and help drive informed decision-making across the program. As a Data Entry Specialist I, you'll play a key role in protecting the integrity of our data and supporting our mission to deliver reliable quality management practices to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull and organize construction completion photos, red-lines, and field reports tied to each job.

• Cross-reference field data against work orders to catch mismatches early.

• Maintain trackers and logs that feed into weekly metrics and dashboards.

• Communicate clearly through emails, meetings, and day-to-day interactions with field crews, clerical staff, and other teams outside the immediate group.

Qualifications:

• SAP knowledge is a plus.

• Comfort working in Excel (filters, sorting, basic formulas).

• Basic understanding of distribution or utility terminology preferred, or willingness to learn.

• Able to follow standard processes and document findings clearly.

• Professional written and verbal communication skills for emails, meetings, and cross-team coordination.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation and Federal Trade Commission warn that employment scams such as this are a growing cyber threat.
