Client Finance Coordinator - Advertising

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Client Finance Coordinator - Advertising in Brazil.

In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end client revenue operations within a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. You will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of financial data while supporting billing, forecasting, and reporting processes. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help streamline financial workflows, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong internal controls. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities while ensuring compliance and audit readiness. You will contribute to optimizing revenue processes and improving financial visibility across projects. Accountabilities:
  • Own and manage end-to-end revenue tracking across assigned clients or business units, ensuring accuracy and alignment with contracts and purchase orders.
  • Reconcile revenue data and financial records to guarantee completeness, consistency, and audit readiness.
  • Monitor work-in-progress (WIP), identify unbilled items, and manage aging balances to ensure timely billing cycles.
  • Collaborate with billing, finance, and operations teams to resolve discrepancies and support accurate invoicing.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close processes by preparing reliable and audit-ready financial data.
  • Maintain and improve revenue tracking tools, reports, and financial processes.
  • Prepare financial reporting packages and contribute to forecasting activities with leadership teams.
  • Proactively identify risks, inconsistencies, and process improvement opportunities while ensuring compliance with internal controls and revenue recognition standards.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in finance, client finance, or revenue operations roles.
  • Hands-on experience with revenue tracking, WIP management, billing processes, and financial reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as finance, operations, and billing.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Maconomy) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SOX-controlled environments and internal financial controls is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
