This role sits at the intersection of global mobility, immigration compliance, and international HR operations within a fast-scaling, innovation-driven technology environment. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end U.S. immigration processes while coordinating complex global immigration cases across multiple jurisdictions. Acting as a central point of contact, you will ensure employees, HR teams, and external legal providers receive timely, accurate, and compliant support throughout each immigration journey. The role requires strong governance, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate evolving regulatory frameworks. You will also play a key role in maintaining consistency across global immigration processes while ensuring alignment with local legal requirements. This is a high-impact position in a global, multicultural organization where precision, communication, and coordination are essential.
- Oversee end-to-end U.S. immigration processes, including case initiation, documentation, petition preparation, filing, and case tracking through approval in coordination with external providers
- Coordinate global immigration cases across multiple regions, ensuring compliance with local laws and internal standards
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, HR, and Legal teams, providing guidance and resolving immigration-related inquiries
- Maintain strong relationships with external immigration attorneys and vendors to ensure effective case management and service delivery
- Monitor immigration timelines, deadlines, and documentation requirements to ensure timely and accurate submissions
- Ensure immigration policies and processes remain aligned with evolving U.S. and global immigration regulations
- Track and manage all immigration cases in internal systems (such as Jira and HiBob) to ensure accuracy and visibility
- Oversee vendor performance and invoice processing, ensuring compliance with internal financial procedures and accountability standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience managing U.S. immigration processes
- 2+ years of experience coordinating global immigration cases across multiple jurisdictions
- Strong understanding of immigration procedures, compliance requirements, and regulatory frameworks
- Experience working with external immigration attorneys, vendors, or global mobility providers
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage high-risk, compliance-sensitive information
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal or immigration concepts clearly
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, international environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
