  • Drive end-to-end execution of scoped product initiatives such as feature enhancements, landing pages, and compliance-related updates
  • Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality user experiences
  • Contribute to A/B testing, experiment design, and funnel performance analysis to support data-driven decision-making

  • Strong structured thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex challenges
  • Analytical mindset with experience working with data to validate hypotheses and support decisions
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize insights clearly for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Customer-centric approach with strong intuition for user experience and product flows
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while managing multiple priorities
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering and product teams is highly valued
  • Exposure to growth, experimentation, or funnel optimization is a plus
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation package including base salary ($110,000 – $140,000 USD) and equity opportunities
  • Full-time remote flexibility within the United States and select locations
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Paid time off and paid parental leave
  • 401(k) plan (U.S.) or RRSP (Canada) with employer matching
  • Wellness benefits supporting physical and mental well-being
