Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
· Lead banquet service staff during assigned events to ensure smooth and efficient execution
· Conduct pre-shift meetings to review event details, service expectations, and staff assignments
· Assign stations and delegate responsibilities to banquet servers and support staff
· Monitor event setup to ensure rooms are arranged according to banquet event orders (BEOs) and company standards
· Serve as the primary on-floor point of contact during events, addressing guest requests and resolving service issues promptly
· Coordinate timing of food and beverage service with the culinary team and other departments
· Ensure all service standards, presentation guidelines, and safety procedures are followed
· Assist with food and beverage service as needed during peak periods
· Inspect event spaces before, during, and after events to ensure cleanliness and readiness
· Supervise event breakdown and ensure proper storage of equipment and supplies
· Report service concerns, equipment issues, or guest feedback to management
· Support training and mentoring of banquet service staff
· Additional duties as requested by Bluejack leadership.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Minimum 2 years of banquet or food and beverage service experience
· Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred
· Strong knowledge of banquet service standards and event operations
· Excellent communication and guest service skills
· Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
· Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
· Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
· Ability to lift and carry up to 30–50 pounds
EDUCATION:
High School diploma, GED certificate, or relevant work experience.
APPROXIMATE SCHEDULE AND HOURS:
Weekdays, weekends, and Holidays, schedule flexible as business dictates.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:
Must possess a valid Texas Driver’s License and meet the driver safety policy requirements.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Our property sits on 767 acres and features many indoor and outdoor facilities that make up the work environment. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand and move around for the entirety or majority of their shift. The employee may be working outside or inside and in different types of weather including excessive heat, cold temperatures, rain and sunshine. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is also regularly required to push, pull, bend, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Likely this role will require the ability to drive a golf cart to transport from one area of the property to another in a safe and secure manner.
