Description: New Tech Global is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for a Direct Hire opportunity. This role is paying $60-65k plus bonus. The role can be based in Houston, Ohio or Pennsylvania.
Primary Responsibilities
Collaborate with the broader marketing team to develop and implement creative best practices, marketing strategy, and analytical processes.
Partner with sales leads to create product promotions, inbound marketing campaigns, and final content deliverables.
Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, visually appealing, and aligned with brand standards.
Manage marketing projects with external agencies from concept through delivery.
Coordinate external vendors to maintain brand consistency across campaigns, design, and messaging.
Design and write content for trade show materials, email campaigns, newsletters, websites, digital ads, brochures, video scripts, and social media.
Execute and manage monthly customer satisfaction surveys.
Develop, execute, and measure digital marketing programs using HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and SEMRush.
Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns, blog content, and media relations activities.
Oversee website updates focused on user experience, goal-setting, metrics, SEO strategy, and continuous improvement.
Manage social media content, video posts, and engagement across multiple brands and platforms.
Lead trade show planning including booth booking, logistics, shipping, documentation, and collateral preparation.
Oversee creation of marketing materials such as literature, presentations, case studies, ads, emails, and promotional items.
Support customer survey processes and assist with quarterly marketing metrics for internal quality meetings.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, advertising, or graphic design.
Journalism background or experience is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of digital marketing and B2B marketing experience executing marketing plans.
3+ years of experience delivering B2B marketing support in an agency or corporate environment.
Ability to develop creative concepts while adhering to brand guidelines.
Comfortable multitasking and working independently, in teams, or directly with customers.
Experience developing integrated digital marketing strategies for awareness campaigns, product launches, and digital assets.
Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce (or similar platforms), and SEO/SEM tools including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEMRush.
Strong writing and graphic design capabilities, with experience in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
Trade show/event coordination experience including logistics and lead tracking.
Skilled at collaborating with sales and corporate stakeholders at all levels.
Strong research skills using digital and traditional sources.
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and design workloads.
Excellent attention to detail with a track record of delivering error-free work.
Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal.
Ability to manage invoices, budgets, and project costs.
Online portfolio required, including original writing samples.
Comfortable working across remote teams, multiple time zones, and external agencies.
