We are seeking an energetic, highly motivated, dedicated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional dining experiences in the Silver Lake area. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and food service management, with a passion for creating a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff. As the Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness while raise a positive team environment. Annual salary + Bonus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling procedures.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation across all menu items.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service efficiency.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to create seasonal menus that reflect current trends.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and feedback.
• Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement in profitability.

Requirements

• Proven experience as manager/general manager in high volume, upscale restaurants.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and food service management practices.
• Deep understanding of fine dining.
• Wine knowledge a plus.
• Bar management experience a plus.
• Human Resource management/compliance a plus.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills to interact positively with guests and staff alike.
• Strong verbal and written skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
