Essential Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet guests and assist with registration and room assignments.
- Handle guest inquiries about hotel services, dining, entertainment, and travel directions.
- Manage room availability, guest accounts, and billing.
- Post charges, process payments, and make change.
- Make reservations and handle guest requests, including safekeeping of valuables.
- Communicate effectively with other departments.
- Follow hotel credit policies and ensure accurate cash handling.
- Support team members and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Provide safe, reliable, and timely transportation for guests to and from the airport and other designated locations while adhering to all traffic laws and company safety standards.
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, assisting with luggage, providing directions, and creating a positive arrival and departure experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and operational readiness of the shuttle vehicle, conducting routine inspections and promptly reporting maintenance or safety concerns.
- Communicate effectively with hotel departments regarding shuttle schedules, guest transportation needs, and any service issues to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Deliver exceptional guest service by responding promptly to guest requests, sharing information about hotel amenities and local attractions, and resolving guest concerns in a courteous manner.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems.
- Proficiency with PMS and Microsoft Office.
Education & Experience:
- Must successfully complete and pass all required pre-employment drug screening requirements.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Hospitality customer service experience is preferred.
Hours:
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
Standing for long periods of time, with light lifing up to 40 pounds.
Ability to safely operate a shuttle van for extended periods, including entering and exiting the vehicle frequently.
Ability to lift, carry, and transport guest luggage weighing up to 50 pounds.
Work Conditions:
- Indoor environment with minimal exposure to adverse conditions during guest service representave shifts.
- As shuttle driver, work is performed both indoors and outdoors and may involve exposure to varying weather conditions.
