About the Role

Spartakus is hiring a Product Manager who is obsessed with creating exceptional products, intolerant of mediocrity, and relentless in the pursuit of customer value. The Product Manager will lead the strategic evolution of Spartakus APM and LubeIT by transforming customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives into a clear product vision, prioritized roadmap, and world-class user experience. You will be responsible for ensuring that we build the right things, in the right order, for the right reasons—and that our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Operations teams know exactly how to communicate and monetize the value we create.

Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
  • Define and maintain the long-term product vision.
  • Build and manage a multi-year product roadmap.
  • Identify opportunities to accelerate growth and differentiation.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging technologies, AI trends, and market developments.

Customer & Market Intelligence

  • Conduct regular customer interviews.
  • Gather feedback from users, partners, support, implementation teams, and sales.
  • Understand how maintenance, reliability, lubrication, vibration analysis, oil analysis, and condition monitoring professionals work.
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends.

Product Management

  • Prioritize initiatives based on customer value and business impact.
  • Create detailed product requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with Engineering to transform ideas into reality.
  • Challenge teams to simplify and improve every experience.

Commercial Enablement

  • Train Sales teams and channel partners.
  • Help build sales enablement tools, competitive battlecards, demo scripts, ROI calculators, and value propositions.
  • Support Marketing with product messaging, launch content, webinars, videos, and campaigns.
  • Ensure every major release has a compelling story.

Product Launches

  • Lead go-to-market planning for new capabilities.
  • Coordinate Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Operations.
  • Measure adoption and business outcomes after launch.


Required Skills
  • 5+ years leading successful B2B SaaS products
  • Experience speaking with a broad range of stakeholders, from executives, to technicians, engineers, and salespeople alike
  • Experience launching products and driving adoption
  • Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into simple business value
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and analytical problem-solving ability
  • Experience in the Maintenance and Reliability industry is an asset
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • Fluenty bilingual in English and French
