Spartakus is hiring a Product Manager who is obsessed with creating exceptional products, intolerant of mediocrity, and relentless in the pursuit of customer value. This is a role for someone who will shape the future of our platforms, challenge assumptions, push for excellence, and ensure every feature we deliver creates measurable impact for our customers.
The Product Manager will lead the strategic evolution of Spartakus APM and LubeIT by transforming customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives into a clear product vision, prioritized roadmap, and world-class user experience. You will be responsible for ensuring that we build the right things, in the right order, for the right reasons—and that our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Operations teams know exactly how to communicate and monetize the value we create.

You will be joining a team that values autonomy, collaboration, and client impact. You'll have the opportunity to influence product strategy, shape the roadmap, work directly with customers, collaborate with a talented engineering team, and help create technology that improves the reliability of industrial operations across North America.
