This role sits at the intersection of strategic finance, operational rigor, and technology-driven decision making, supporting a fast-scaling, capital-intensive business. You will own core FP&A functions including forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis across complex global operations. The position plays a critical role in translating financial data into actionable insights that guide leadership decisions and capital allocation. You will partner closely with operational, technical, and executive stakeholders to bring structure to a highly dynamic environment. Beyond reporting, you will help design scalable financial systems, processes, and automation-first workflows. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, builds clarity from complexity, and continuously improves how finance enables the business.
You will lead financial planning, analysis, and business partnering efforts across global operations, ensuring strong visibility, accuracy, and discipline in financial performance.
- Own end-to-end FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow modeling across multiple business units and operational programs
- Develop and maintain financial models that support decision-making, cost optimization, and capital allocation efficiency
- Deliver clear, actionable reporting and dashboards that translate complex financial data into insights for leadership
- Build and maintain financial data integrity and a single source of truth in partnership with accounting and data teams
- Lead variance analysis, identify cost drivers, and drive accountability across operational teams
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve financial discipline, performance tracking, and strategic planning
- Support systems improvement, automation, and AI-enabled workflows to scale finance operations efficiently
The ideal candidate brings strong FP&A leadership experience, deep analytical capability, and a track record of building scalable financial systems in complex environments.
- 8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related fields within capital-intensive or operationally complex industries
- Experience leading or managing small teams in high-growth, fast-paced environments
- Strong financial modeling skills with advanced Excel proficiency and ERP system experience
- Ability to translate operational complexity into structured financial insights and narratives
- Experience working cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and executive leadership teams
- Familiarity with automation tools, finance systems, and AI-enabled workflows in FP&A is highly valued
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and present to senior leadership
- SQL or Python experience is a plus, along with a strong process and systems mindset
