As a receptionist, you will be the first voice or smiling face to greet our clients. You will be the first interaction and the final touch for our clients and patients providing the best possible experience for our clients. We help our clients’ pets live healthier and happier lives through excellent medical practices. Through answering phone calls promptly, finding solutions or answers to client questions, scheduling appointments, providing high level client communication, and assisting clients you will help our team provide excellence in care.
What Winning Looks Like:
- Communicates in a positive manner with clients through phone conversation, texting, emails, and in-person communications
- Consistently provides prompt and caring service for all of our clients in the form of answering phone calls, responding to text messages or emails, assisting clients in clinic, etc.
- Works well with their team members to provide a seamless, positive, professional experience for each client and patient
- Shares ideas with management on how to continue to improve client/pet experiences and outcomes

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour based on experience
Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:
- Four 10 hour shifts (8:00am to 6:00pm)
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- No weekends
- Consistent schedule with same day off each week

Requirements:Skills Needed to Succeed:
- A positive attitude and desire to help other people
- Experience working in a team environment and customer service
- Ability to navigate Microsoft Office, multi-line phone system, and learn our medical software program (ezyVet)
- One or more years of veterinary related experience is preferred, but not required
