Location: Remote (Must be licensed in Illinois)
Job Type: Part-time / PRN
Compensation: Pay per session
Schedule: Flexible; Morning. evening and weekend availability preferred
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Social Worker (LSW) licensed in Illinois to join our fully remote clinical team. In this role, you will provide virtual counseling services, psychosocial assessments, and client support while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary mental health team. This position is ideal for clinicians looking for flexible, remote work while making a meaningful impact.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide individual therapy and supportive counseling via telehealth
Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Maintain ongoing documentation, progress notes, and treatment records in compliance with HIPAA and Illinois regulations
Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other therapists to support coordinated care
Educate clients on coping strategies, emotional regulation, and available resources
Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with Illinois licensing requirements
Participate in clinical meetings or supervision as required
Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
Active, unrestricted Illinois Licensed Social Worker (LSW) license (required)
Experience providing mental health services (telehealth experience preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for virtual client engagement
Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred
Fully remote, flexible work environment
Bilingual or multilingual candidates (e.g., Spanish, Polish, or other languages) are highly encouraged to apply, as language skills may enhance client access and engagement in our telehealth services
