Job Title: Warehouse Attendant
Location: Waynesville, NC
Pay: $18.25/hr.
Shift: 5:00 pm 5:30 am (Fri-Sun)

Job Summary:
The Warehouse Attendant is responsible for safely operating forklifts, loading/unloading trucks, receiving and labeling materials, and picking/staging inventory. This role also supports inventory accuracy and maintains a clean, organized warehouse in compliance with safety and FDA standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely (PPE required)

• Load and unload trucks and move materials as needed

• Receive, label, and track inventory using scanners and ERP systems

• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse

• Communicate issues that may impact inventory or deliveries

• Support warehouse and production teams as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Forklift experience or willingness to become certified

• Basic math, computer, and data entry skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods

• Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability

• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed
