The Position: We are looking for an Regional Director of Field Operations to join our team!
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum 5-8 years’ management experience preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of multi-location required
Key Repsonbilties:
- Maintains company processes and staffing structure
- Sets goals and pace for the region
- Maintains strong relationships with the sales team
- Leads, engages, and develops employees
- Acts as a liaison between corporate office and branch offices
- Hires, trains and mentors current management staff
- Acts as a resource for service and operations questions
- Ensures company objectives and metrics are met
