This role is focused on ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll operations for business clients.
You will support end-to-end payroll processes, from employee movements to regulatory obligations and audits.

The professional will be responsible for supporting payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of processes while acting as a key connection point between clients and internal teams.
- Process and review payroll activities, including admissions, vacations, terminations, payroll calculations, provisions, and accounting routines.
- Execute employee registration processes, payroll updates, movements, and timekeeping inputs.
- Monitor service-level agreements (SLAs) and ensure delivery timelines are achieved.
- Ensure payroll processes comply with labor legislation and internal quality standards.
- Participate in technical, operational, and process improvement meetings.
- Perform payroll controls, audits, validations, and operational monitoring.
- Prepare and validate recurring and non-recurring obligations, including FGTS Digital, DCTFWeb, eSocial, PERDCOMP, and eConsignado.
- Support the preparation of annual obligations such as DIRF and income reports.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams when needed.
The ideal candidate has experience with payroll routines, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage compliance-driven processes while collaborating with different stakeholders.
- Experience with payroll processing and payroll management routines.
- Knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation and payroll compliance requirements.
- Experience using the Domínio payroll system.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Higher education completed in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong organizational skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage deadlines and maintain quality standards in operational processes.
