• Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
• Flexibility to work additional hours as business needs require.

About the Role
We're looking for a skilled Welder to join our team at our Conroe Headquarters. In this role, you'll handle manufacturing, fabrication, and repair of a variety of equipment, working across multiple welding processes and techniques.

What You'll Do

• Perform welding and fabrication tasks to manufacture, build, and repair equipment
• Apply hard-surfacing techniques to extend equipment life and durability
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety protocols
• Inspect completed work for quality and structural integrity

What You'll Need

• Hands-on experience with:
  • Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (TIG)
  • Gas Metal Arc Welding (MIG)
  • Oxy-Acetylene Welding (OAW) and cutting
  • Hard surfacing
• Ability to read technical drawings and welding symbols
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Reliable, safety-focused work ethic
• A valid driver's license

Physical Requirements

• The job requires strenuous activities including walking, bending, climbing and being able to lift.
• Must be mentally alert at all times
