- Design, develop, modify, test, and maintain high-quality web and mobile software applications using modern development practices.
- Build and enhance software solutions using .NET technologies, C#, Angular, and cloud-based architectures within an Agile development environment.
- Collaborate with developers, product stakeholders, and technical teams to contribute to software architecture decisions and deliver scalable solutions.
- Develop and optimize applications using AI-assisted coding tools and modern development workflows to improve productivity and software quality.
- Create AI-powered utilities, automation scripts, and workflows using technologies such as Python, TypeScript, and AI development frameworks.
- Implement secure coding practices and evaluate applications against industry standards, including OWASP security guidelines.
- Develop and maintain database solutions using SQL queries, stored procedures, and cloud-based data services.
- Work with cloud technologies including AWS services to design, deploy, and support reliable software systems.
- Review, test, and audit AI-generated code to identify technical debt, security risks, and opportunities for architectural improvements.
- Contribute to proof-of-concept initiatives, technical evaluations, continuous improvement efforts, and collaborative engineering practices.
- Candidates must be located in the United States.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 4–6 years of experience in software development, engineering, or technical support roles.
- Strong proficiency in .NET Core, C#, HTML5, CSS3, Angular 2+, and modern frontend development practices.
- Experience with SQL queries, stored procedures, relational databases, and cloud-based application development.
- Proficiency with GitHub or similar version control systems.
- Experience working with Amazon Web Services, including services such as DynamoDB, Redis, RDS, and Lambda.
- Comfortable using AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with AI development concepts including agentic frameworks, model context protocols, tool-calling schemas, context optimization, system prompts, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows.
- Ability to evaluate and improve AI-generated code with attention to security, maintainability, and architectural quality.
- Experience creating AI utilities, automation scripts, or production-grade AI integrations is preferred.
- Strong understanding of secure software development practices and common application vulnerabilities.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, team-oriented environment.
- Preferred qualifications include AWS certifications, AWS SDK experience, Angular state management experience, ORM knowledge such as Entity Framework, CI/CD experience, web analytics experience, and experience building AI-powered tools or integrations.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for team events, including twice-yearly company retreats.
- Competitive target salary range of $95,000–$100,000.
