Corporate Sales Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Corporate Sales Manager based in the United States.

The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new business growth by developing strategic relationships with corporate clients and delivering tailored solutions that address their unique needs. This role focuses on consultative selling, pipeline development, and building strong partnerships with senior-level decision-makers. The successful candidate will combine sales expertise, industry knowledge, and business acumen to help organizations optimize their travel management strategies. Accountabilities:

The Corporate Sales Manager will focus on acquiring new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and delivering customized solutions that create long-term value. This individual contributor role requires strong prospecting skills, executive-level communication, and the ability to manage the full sales lifecycle from discovery through implementation.

  • Drive new sales acquisition by identifying, engaging, and converting prospective corporate clients within assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders, including executives, procurement leaders, finance leaders, and corporate travel managers.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand client challenges and develop customized proposals, presentations, and technology demonstrations.
  • Present solutions that clearly communicate business value, return on investment, and long-term benefits.
  • Manage and grow sales pipelines while consistently achieving revenue, transaction, and performance targets.
  • Develop a strong understanding of industry trends, client needs, and solution offerings to deliver compelling sales strategies.
  • Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to align solutions with customer requirements and business objectives.
  • Use CRM tools and pipeline management processes to maintain accurate sales activity and opportunity tracking.
  • Navigate complex objections and influence decision-makers toward mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Support successful account implementation and monitor progress following new client acquisition.
  • Maintain a consultative, customer-focused approach while ensuring compliance with internal processes and standards.
  • Travel within the assigned territory as needed, up to 50%.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced sales professional with a proven ability to exceed targets, manage complex sales cycles, and build trusted relationships with corporate decision-makers. They should have strong consultative selling skills, business awareness, and the ability to operate effectively in a competitive environment.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience exceeding sales targets in a SaaS and/or consultative travel sales environment.
  • Proven success driving new business acquisition and managing sales opportunities from prospecting through contract execution.
  • Experience selling solutions to enterprise or corporate clients, including executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline management and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Ability to conduct financial discussions and articulate business value, cost savings, and return on investment.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Competitive, resilient, and results-driven mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations.
  • Strong prospecting abilities, including networking, referral development, and cold outreach.
  • Ability to manage objections, overcome barriers, and influence key decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and customer focus.
