Duties and responsibilities

• Load correct materials on to the production line in the correct sequence
• Ensure material meets specifications
• Ability to understand production sheets and pull, throw, and put joints properly together on the table.
• Takes action to fix/replace defective materials
• Monitors equipment to ensure proper operation
• Documents quality and production checks
• Ability to be cross trained at multiple stations
• Communicates well with other team members
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High School or GED Diploma
• Experience in manufacturing for 1 year is preferred.
• The ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Detail oriented, highly organized, punctual, and reliable
• Knowledge of basic math
• Ability to work effectively independently or as a team
