Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience for Success for varied Client SOW:

• Associates degree required

• Experience collaborating and partnering with teams

•Must have familiarity with Net Zero Waste concepts and program initiatives. •Experience with commercial building operation and maintenance.

•Strong regulatory knowledge in federal, state, and local EPA, OSHA, DOT etc. regulations.

• Accident investigation experience required

• Possesses working knowledge of energy conservation

• Proof of OSHA 30 Hour General or Construction Industry Training • Proficient with Microsoft Applications

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Experience working in a team environment but comfortable working alone with little direction

• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently, time management, and planning ahead • Demonstrated agility to pivot between competing priorities and situations

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

• Degree in Occupational Safety, Health and Safety, Engineering or Certified Safety Professional (CSP) / Safety Management Specialist (SMS) certification in the related area

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Formal training in energy conservation

• Experience in project leadership and project management • Knowledge of datacenter functionality

• Demonstrated ability to take initiative where necessary
