This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Operations & AI Automation Coordinator based in India.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented marketing professional who enjoys combining operations, technology, and AI to make marketing teams more efficient. You will design and maintain automated workflows that reduce repetitive work, improve campaign execution, and strengthen reporting accuracy. The position offers hands-on exposure to modern tools across marketing automation, AI, analytics, content production, and lightweight software development. You will work closely with marketing leadership and collaborate with U.S.-based teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Your work will directly support campaign production, marketing operations, advisor communications, asset management, and performance reporting. The role provides an opportunity to introduce smarter AI-driven processes while maintaining high standards for quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Design, build, and maintain automated workflows across the marketing technology stack, including Airtable-driven content workflows and website publishing processes.
- Build and manage integrations using Zapier or n8n to connect marketing platforms, eliminate manual handoffs, and improve operational efficiency.
- Set up and manage automated design production in Canva, enabling scalable generation of templated marketing assets.
- Support project, workflow, and operational tracking through Smartsheet.
- Use GitHub, Supabase, Vercel, and AI-assisted development tools to support lightweight internal marketing tools, dashboards, and workflows.
- Apply ChatGPT, Codex, Claude Cowork, and other AI technologies responsibly to streamline content production, quality assurance, reporting, and repetitive processes.
- Monitor campaign and website performance using Google Analytics, preparing reports and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Support the production and formatting of marketing materials, including social graphics, email campaigns, presentations, flyers, newsletters, advisor launch materials, recruiting one-pagers, and partner marketing assets.
- Prepare and manage social media campaigns by uploading posts, formatting captions, organizing campaigns, checking links, and tracking scheduled content.
- Prepare recurring advisor and divisional email campaigns, including merge-field updates, campaign versioning, link verification, usage tracking, and report exports.
- Maintain an organized marketing asset library through standardized naming conventions, folder structures, version control, archiving, and approval tracking.
- Create and maintain adoption reports, campaign usage trackers, dashboards, milestone reports, and divisional activity summaries.
- Support onboarding activities by preparing launch announcements, advisor bios, onboarding materials, headshot folders, and content calendars.
- Maintain recruiting assets, proof libraries, case studies, recruiting materials, and advisor growth resources.
- Organize testimonials, advisor achievements, recognition submissions, and success stories into reusable marketing templates and proof libraries.
- Conduct detailed quality assurance checks covering spelling, formatting, hyperlinks, branding, disclaimers, dates, names, regulatory fields, and template accuracy.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, technology, or a related field, with demonstrated hands-on experience using automation and AI tools.
- Practical experience building and managing automations, ideally with Airtable, Zapier, n8n, and Canva automation rather than simply using these platforms manually.
- Comfortable working with GitHub, Supabase, Vercel, and AI-powered coding or assistant tools such as Claude Cowork, ChatGPT, and Codex to build or maintain lightweight internal solutions.
- Experience with Smartsheet and Google Analytics.
- Strong English reading and writing skills with the ability to communicate clearly with distributed teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, accuracy, and consistency when managing high-volume or repetitive workflows.
- Experience with Canva, PowerPoint, Google Drive, or SharePoint.
- Solid understanding of workflow automation, marketing operations, and SEO/AEO/GEO concepts.
- Ability to follow established SOPs while identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce unnecessary manual work.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Comfortable collaborating with U.S.-based teams and working across time zones.
- Experience supporting marketing teams in a scaling, dynamic, or fast-changing environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling platforms, email marketing tools, CRM systems, reporting dashboards, and webinar or event workflow tools is an advantage.
- Experience in mortgage, financial services, real estate, or another regulated industry is a plus.
- Basic video editing or subtitle formatting experience is beneficial.
