SafeTouch Security has been protecting businesses and communities for more than 30 years. We’re growing nationally and looking for an Enterprise Sales Engineer who knows integrated security—and knows how to turn customer needs into smart, scalable, installable solutions.

This is a high-impact role partnering with Sales, Operations, Project Management, and Installation to design, scope, price, and position integrated electronic security solutions for enterprise customers and complex projects.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with Enterprise Sales to develop integrated security solutions that solve customer needs and support winning proposals.
• Conduct site walks and assessments to evaluate risks, validate scope, and develop accurate designs and pricing.
• Review RFPs, bid specifications, construction drawings, and project requirements to develop complete, competitive solutions.
• Design and scope systems including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, LPR, video analytics, and related technologies.
• Develop equipment selections, system layouts, scopes of work, and proposals using SafeTouch quoting tools.
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert, helping customers and Sales understand system capabilities and the right solution for their needs.
• Work closely with Project Management, Operations, and Installation to ensure designs are practical, installable, serviceable, and aligned with field conditions.
• Support customer presentations, technical discussions, system demonstrations, and training throughout the sales cycle.
• Help resolve technical, design, and scope challenges from initial opportunity through project handoff.
• Stay current on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in electronic and physical security.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience with integrated security systems, including design, installation, administration, project management, or project coordination.
• Strong knowledge of electronic security system design with a practical understanding of installation and serviceability.
• Experience reviewing RFPs, bid specifications, construction drawings, and technical requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop solutions around changing customer and site requirements.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to make complex technical concepts easy for customers and internal teams to understand.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and industry-related software; CRM experience such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and an insurable driving record.

Travel: Approximately 50%. While many current projects are on the West Coast, SafeTouch continues to expand its project footprint nationally.

Schedule: Core business hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility as needed to support customers and business needs.
