Full-Time Dental Assistant in Temecula, California at Silver Creek Dental Partners, LLC

Our patient-focused dental practice in Temecula, California is seeking a motivated and dependable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to become a valued member of our expanding team.

This is a full time position Mon - Thurs 8:30am - 5:30pm & Fri 8:30am - 3pm

Hourly rate: $26 - 28/hr

In this role, you will support both clinical and administrative functions, playing an integral part in delivering high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include chairside assisting during crown preparations, obtaining accurate digital radiographs, and assisting with select front office tasks as needed. This position offers variety and the opportunity to further develop your skill set in a collaborative environment.

We are ideally looking for a candidate with a minimum of two years of experience, particularly with crown preparations and digital X-ray imaging. A current RDA license and CPR certification are required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience with crown prepAbility to take clean digital X-raysRDA License and CPR certification are requiredKnowledge of Eaglesfoft preferred

Duties include:

Assist the doctor in all 4-handed dentistry procedures.Perform all RDA functions.Prepare patients for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfortSelect and set up instruments, equipment and material neededSterilize instruments according to regulationsEnsures adherence to infection control standards, OSHA regulations, and other state/clinic policies.Ordering supplies and managing supply inventoryExperience with iTero and Perio protect trays is a plus
