In this role, you’ll work roughly 45–52 hours per week, typically covering morning through afternoon shifts. You’ll be responsible for building a great team and keeping employees motivated and engaged, so strong team management and retention skills are a must. You’ll need management experience, a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, and the ability to work weekends.
