What You'll Do

• Build relationships with customers and deliver a first-class shopping experience
• Guide customers through the vehicle selection process by listening to their needs and matching them to the right vehicle
• Present vehicle features, performance, and benefits with confidence and clarity
• Support customers through financing and paperwork, and deliver completed vehicles
• Maintain customer relationships through consistent follow-up
• Stay current on automotive trends, models, and financing options

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of sales experience in the automotive industry
• Driven, outgoing attitude with a strong work ethic
• Excellent customer service skills
• Skilled at negotiating terms and closing deals while keeping customers satisfied
• Able to handle inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
• Strong time management across multiple customers/deals at once
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM systems for tracking leads and sales
• Willingness to work a varying schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Valid driver's license (required to conduct test drives)
