As a Sports Bar Server, you’ll help create the experience our guests come for—providing friendly, attentive service, serving great food and drinks, and keeping the energy going from the first hello to the final whistle. If you enjoy connecting with people, staying on the move, and working as part of a high-energy team, we’d love to meet you.

• Welcome guests with a friendly, positive attitude and help set the tone for a great experience

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and confidently answer menu questions

• Deliver food and drinks promptly and check in with guests throughout their visit

• Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly to requests

• Handle payments accurately and efficiently

• Communicate with kitchen and bar team members to help keep service running smoothly

• Keep your work areas clean and organized and assist with opening and closing responsibilities as needed

• A friendly, outgoing personality and a genuine commitment to great guest service

• Strong communication and people skills

• The ability to stay organized and positive in a fast-paced restaurant environment

• Attention to detail and accuracy when taking orders and handling transactions

• Dependability and a team-first attitude

• Willingness to learn the menu and confidently help guests with their selections

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts,

• Provide friendly, fast, and accurate service in a high-energy sports bar environment.
• Take orders, relay them to the kitchen/bar, and ensure correct delivery to the right table.
• Check on guests throughout their visit and promptly address questions, requests, or concerns.
• Maintain clean and organized tables, server stations, and dining areas during each shift.
• Follow Buffalo Wild Wings service standards, safety procedures, and responsible alcohol service policies.
