Job Description

About the Organization

We support working families by helping them access supplemental and permanent benefit programs designed to provide long-term financial protection. With a history of serving union members, associations, and member-based groups, our organization has built a strong reputation for dependable service, clear communication, and meaningful support.

Our focus is helping individuals and families better understand the benefit options available to them so they can make confident decisions about their future.

Role Overview

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, explaining information clearly, and providing a positive client experience. You will work directly with members who have requested information about their benefits and guide them through a simple virtual consultation process.

The position also offers room for professional growth, leadership development, and advancement within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will:
  • Connect with members by phone or video who have requested benefit information.
  • Schedule and conduct virtual consultations to review available programs.
  • Explain benefit options in a clear, professional, and helpful manner.
  • Answer questions and provide support throughout the decision-making process.
  • Assist with digital forms, applications, and basic documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records while following company guidelines and compliance standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for individuals who are professional, dependable, and motivated to help others. Strong communication skills are important, especially when speaking with clients over the phone or through virtual meetings.

Previous experience in customer service, sales, client relations, or similar people-focused roles is helpful but not required. The right candidate should be comfortable working remotely, staying organized, collaborating with a team, and following through on responsibilities.

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States or Canada.

What We Provide

Team members receive access to a fully remote work environment, flexible scheduling options, weekly pay, and performance-based bonus opportunities. We also offer health, dental, life, and prescription coverage, along with structured training and mentorship to support long-term career growth.

Additional opportunities may include leadership development, advancement within the organization, and company-sponsored travel incentives for qualifying team members.
