As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand visibility, customer acquisition, and commercial growth across key retail and digital sales channels. Working at the intersection of marketing, sales, and strategic partnerships, you will develop and execute impactful regional campaigns that strengthen market presence and maximize customer engagement. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, offering the opportunity to collaborate with external partners, agencies, and cross-functional teams. You will contribute directly to revenue growth by optimizing retail performance, enhancing customer experiences, and supporting product launches in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. - Develop and execute regional channel marketing strategies that align with commercial objectives, brand priorities, and sales targets while maximizing return on marketing investments.
- Build and manage collaborative marketing plans with retail, marketplace, and distribution partners to drive awareness, engagement, and sales performance.
- Optimize retail presence through merchandising initiatives, sales enablement programs, product training, and in-store marketing activities.
- Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns, including point-of-sale initiatives, online advertising, promotional activities, and partner-driven programs.
- Support the launch of new products, services, and platform enhancements through cross-functional marketing planning and execution.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable recommendations to improve future marketing effectiveness.
- Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, agencies, and internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and regional alignment.
- Travel within the assigned region as needed to support partner relationships, events, and business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, trade marketing, or a similar role within retail, e-commerce, consumer technology, or digital content industries.
- Proven ability to manage and grow marketing partnerships with external retailers, distributors, or strategic accounts.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, advertising strategies, and customer acquisition tactics.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate marketing data and performance metrics into commercial insights and actionable strategies.
- Demonstrated success working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments while managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in Dutch and English; additional language skills such as French are considered an advantage.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, strong attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Passion for books, reading culture, consumer technology, digital content, subscriptions, or related industries is highly desirable.
