  • Standardize and improve program management frameworks, tools, and communication practices to enhance engineering velocity.
  • Lead and coordinate high-impact, cross-functional technical programs aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Manage risk, dependencies, and delivery timelines across multiple complex initiatives.
  • Facilitate alignment across stakeholders, ensuring clarity, accountability, and execution consistency.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in technical program management within software engineering or infrastructure environments.
  • Strong track record of delivering complex, cross-functional technical programs in fast-paced organizations.
  • Solid technical fluency with understanding of software architecture, system design, and development lifecycles.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar) and modern software delivery practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive consensus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience defining and tracking KPIs and operational metrics.
  • Proficiency with project and program management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Linear.
  • Experience in data-driven, analytics, or AI/ML-adjacent environments is highly desirable.
  • Background in engineering or technical degree is preferred.
  • Experience in risk management, change management, and conflict resolution across large organizations.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package aligned with senior-level responsibility.
  • Flexible remote working options within the United Kingdom.
  • Opportunity to shape operational excellence in a leading AI-driven technology environment.
  • High-impact role with direct influence on engineering velocity and organizational effectiveness.
  • Exposure to large-scale, complex technical systems and executive-level decision-making.
  • Collaborative, high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Strong career development opportunities within a rapidly scaling global organization.
