Requirements:
  • 5+ years of ecommerce merchandising or DTC site management experience, preferably in multi-brand environments
  • Strong hands-on Shopify or Shopify Plus experience
  • Proven ability to manage product catalogs, pricing structures, and merchandising execution
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting ecommerce KPIs (conversion rate, margin, sell-through, etc.)
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally across marketing, operations, product, and design teams
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong execution discipline in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with ERP, Klaviyo, Canva, or A/B testing tools is a plus
  • Interest in AI tools and automation for ecommerce optimization is a plus
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ($80,000–$90,000 depending on experience)
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Paid vacation and company holidays
  • Paid parental leave
  • Employee discount program across multiple brands
  • Voluntary life, disability, accident, and critical illness coverage options
  • Remote work flexibility within the United States
