This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing international healthcare operations for a global clinical program. You will be responsible for shaping and executing operational strategy across cross-border clinical and business environments, ensuring alignment between executive vision and on-the-ground delivery. The role requires a strong blend of healthcare operations expertise, strategic thinking, and cultural adaptability. You will work closely with global partners to drive performance, quality, and sustainable growth across complex markets. This position involves frequent international engagement, including regular travel to support site operations in Costa Rica. It is ideal for a leader who thrives in dynamic, multicultural environments and is motivated by improving access to high-quality care at scale.
- Lead the development and execution of international operational and clinical strategies across global clinic operations
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align business objectives, partnership goals, and clinical priorities
- Oversee cross-functional teams and ensure effective delivery of operational initiatives and performance targets
- Analyze market trends, operational data, and performance metrics to guide strategic recommendations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across clinical, operational, and administrative functions
- Facilitate cross-cultural integration and communication between domestic and international teams
- Ensure alignment between organizational vision and in-country execution of healthcare strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of leadership or senior management experience, ideally in healthcare or complex operations
- Strong background in operational management, strategic planning, and cross-functional leadership
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Design Thinking preferred
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural and international environments with cultural awareness and adaptability
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Spanish language proficiency (written and spoken) preferred
- Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
