This role is responsible for defining, shaping, and protecting the organization’s narrative across all internal and external channels. It sits at the center of corporate communications, public relations, and product storytelling, ensuring that leadership messages are clear, consistent, and impactful in a fast-moving environment. You will translate complex business initiatives into compelling narratives that resonate with media, agents, and broader audiences. The position requires strong editorial judgment, speed, and the ability to operate confidently in high-stakes communications moments. Working closely with executive leadership, marketing, and product teams, you will ensure alignment across all messaging while driving visibility in key media outlets. This is a highly strategic, hands-on role where storytelling directly influences brand reputation and market perception.
Responsible for leading corporate narrative development, public relations strategy, and executive communications to ensure a consistent and compelling brand voice across all channels.
- Own end-to-end PR strategy including press release creation, distribution, media pitching, and post-launch follow-up.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, and industry reporters to secure earned media coverage.
- Lead communications for major corporate milestones, product launches, leadership updates, and strategic announcements.
- Translate company initiatives into clear, engaging messaging tailored to internal audiences such as agents and external stakeholders.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and executive teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
- Manage narrative development across multiple simultaneous workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- Oversee messaging strategy for high-visibility initiatives, ensuring clarity, speed, and editorial precision.
This role requires a senior communications leader with deep expertise in PR, storytelling, and executive-level narrative development in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- 10+ years of experience in communications, corporate PR, content strategy, or related fields.
- 3+ years in a senior leadership role owning communications strategy and execution.
- Proven experience managing executive and C-suite communications in complex organizations.
- Strong background in press release strategy, media relations, and earned media execution.
- Established understanding of narrative building across multiple audiences and channels.
- Excellent writing, editing, and editorial judgment with the ability to produce high-quality content quickly.
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and executive leadership teams.
- Familiarity with PR tools, CRM platforms, analytics systems, and project management tools.
- Experience in publicly traded companies or industries such as real estate, proptech, or financial services is a plus.
