  • Managed Services Turn-key Hospitality/Casino Housekeeping, Stewarding, Third Shift Cleaning, Public Area Cleaning, Laundry and Kitchen Cleaning
  • Managed Services Staffing Hospitality Staffing for the Resort, Casino & Event space.
  • Specialty Services Window and Chandelier Cleaning, Pressure Washing, Pool Cleaning and Maintenance, Exterior Building Cleaning

Position Overview

Responsible for answering and responding to guest calls and dispatching appropriate housekeeping staff. Handles some housekeeping administration.

Essential Duties:

  • Answers department telephone, greeting/acknowledging guests promptly and courteously.
  • Tracks guest inquiries, reports and requests (via manual log and/or automated property management system) and dispatches security staff to respond to guest calls
  • Manages team member key distribution (i.e. supply room keys, guest room keys, etc.).
  • Assists in scheduling employees and boards
  • Assists in administration of safety programs/meetings
  • Partner with hotel operations and management to address guest needs, resolve service issues, and enhance overall guest satisfaction
  • Uphold The TSC Way! values by acting as a role model of professionalism, teamwork, and excellence in every interaction

Job Functions / Physical Requirements

  • Must have a strong desire to satisfy guest needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods, walk moderate distances, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, climb stairs, and perform other routine physical activities.
  • Good verbal communication skills; pleasant and professional demeanor.
  • Must meet company and client appearance standards.
  • Ability to work with cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
  • Ability to perform all duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Comfortable with technology used for scheduling/clocking in (may vary by site).
