Accountabilities
  • Originate and develop new enterprise accounts by proactively prospecting, identifying opportunities, and converting qualified leads into long-term client relationships.
  • Build, manage, and continuously grow a high-quality pipeline, owning all stages from lead generation through opportunity qualification and deal shaping.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales pursuits end-to-end, including deal strategy, solution alignment, and coordination of cross-functional teams.
  • Drive opportunities through final negotiation and close, ensuring momentum is maintained across long and complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management, including accurate forecasting, performance tracking, and consistent deal progression.
  • Leverage AI-driven tools and insights to enhance prospecting, qualification, opportunity framing, and proposal development.
  • Engage senior decision-makers across enterprise organizations to position strategic, high-value solutions tied to measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
  • 10–12+ years of experience in marketing consulting, analytics, agency, or B2B/B2B2C enterprise sales environments.
  • Proven track record of independently building and scaling a personal book of business within enterprise accounts.
  • Strong expertise in go-to-market strategy, marketing transformation, analytics, or sales effectiveness solutions.
  • Demonstrated success closing large, complex deals, typically $2M+ in value, within multi-stakeholder buying environments.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, including pipeline development, forecasting, and negotiation strategies.
  • Experience using AI tools for prospecting, deal intelligence, forecasting, and commercial insight generation.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior marketing and revenue leaders.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Highly disciplined, self-driven, and capable of operating independently in a remote, performance-oriented environment.
Benefits
  • Competitive On-Target Earnings (OTE) ranging from $275,000 to $350,000 based on experience and performance.
  • Fully remote role with alignment to EST working hours.
  • Flexible PTO, summer Fridays, and generous paid parental leave (up to 16 weeks for birthing parents).
  • Comprehensive health, medical, life insurance, disability, and AD&D coverage.
  • 401(k) plan with employer contribution (US-based benefits).
  • Annual professional development budget ($500) and access to continuous learning programs.
  • Technology support including company-provided equipment and monthly stipends for internet and mobile.
  • Additional perks such as wellness resources, mindfulness app access, and employee discount programs.
  • Structured environment supporting autonomy, growth, and high-impact enterprise work.
