We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our growing team in Fergus Falls, Minnesota. If you have experience with concrete construction, flatwork, foundations, curb and gutter work, finishing, forming, or general construction, we'd like to talk with you!

• Assist with concrete placement, finishing, and curing
• Build and set concrete forms for foundations, sidewalks, driveways, and commercial projects
• Perform concrete finishing, edging, jointing, and surface preparation
• Operate and work around construction equipment and power tools
• Read and follow project plans, measurements, and specifications
• Maintain a safe and productive job site
• Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
• Take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship
• Perform general construction labor as needed

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and perform physical labor throughout the workday.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Preferred

• Previous concrete construction, agricultural construction, or general construction experience.
• Experience with concrete forming, finishing, and reinforcing steel installation.
• Ability to read blueprints, construction drawings, and site plans.
• Experience operating skid steers, telehandlers, forklifts, or other construction equipment.
• Knowledge of foundation construction and anchor bolt placement for grain bins or agricultural structures.
• OSHA safety training or related certifications.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and lift throughout the workday.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks in outdoor environments.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Ability to work extended hours during peak construction periods.
• Ability to work on uneven ground and around heavy equipment.

Work Environment

• Outdoor construction sites with exposure to varying weather conditions.
• Exposure to dust, noise, concrete materials, and construction equipment.
• Frequent travel to customer job sites throughout North Dakota and Minnesota.
• Overtime and weekend work may be required to meet project schedules.
