PROJECT/TASK SUPERVISOR

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As a Team Lead for the PKI Registration Authority (RA), the work you'll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of the USHQDA at Fort Huachuca, AZ:
• Serve as the Task Lead for Registration Authority (RA) support to NETCOM PKI operations. Lead the development and updating of plans and procedures in support of USHQDA PKI initiatives and oversee support of PKI tools across all network environments to ensure proper execution of PKI procedures.
• As Task Lead, oversee PKI token and certificate support for Army networks across both NIPR and SIPR environments, ensuring RA personnel follow approved practices and standards.
• Lead and manage the production and issuance of NEATS and SIPR PKI tokens using Government-provided applications and peripherals. Oversee administrative support for PKI logistics activities, including controlled distribution of NIPR ALT and SIPR tokens.
• Manage the creation and removal of Trusted Agents (TAs). Lead the execution of TA and end-user PKI training and act as the primary liaison between HQDA NETCOM, AOR Army TAs, and other stakeholders for resolving certificate-related issues.
• Oversee proper utilization of Government-specified PKI record repositories and ensure compliance with all Department of War PKI Certificate Policy requirements. Ensure RA personnel maintain the required daily physical logbook in accordance with DoW LRA/RA CPS, NSS RPS, and DA PAM 25-2-13.
• Lead metric collection and reporting activities. Ensure daily logs of user support calls, NIPR/SIPR token issuances, revocations, and other RA activities are maintained and incorporated into monthly status reports.
• Prepare and review weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting data for contract leadership and ensure all reporting requirements from the PKI Task Lead role are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Lead operational beta testing of new token versions, PKI applications, and systems used for certificate issuance and token reuse. Provide recommendations based on test results.
• Oversee the maintenance and updating of PKI documentation, templates, and records related to certificate issuance, revocation, and key recovery within current or future SharePoint lists and databases.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting support for PKI certificate-related issues and guide RA personnel on escalation procedures when necessary.
• Lead coordination and communication of PKI token and certificate issuance operations with over 700 Trusted Agents and multiple Army, Joint Service, and regional commands throughout the AOR for NIPR and SIPR token issuance.
• Manage planning and preparation activities for full annual compliance audits, ensuring all documentation, checks, and validation tasks required for audit readiness are completed.
24/7 Coverage required per contract - must have flexible schedule.

The likely salary range for this position is $84,150 - $113,850. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

- Required Security Clearance Level: Active Secret clearance
- A bachelor's degree plus 10 years of recent specialized experience, (will consider other combinations of education, experience and certifications) or 15 years experience w/high school diploma.
- Required Experience: 5+ years of experience working in Information Technology, this should preferably include experience working with DOW Public Key Infrastructure certificates; 3+ years of experience on an IT service helpdesk.
- Required Certifications: Security+ CE, ITIL v4 (or v5)
