This position offers the opportunity to manage significant media budgets while shaping how paid search evolves through automation, AI, and emerging platform capabilities. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including analytics, eCommerce, brand, and technology to deliver integrated growth strategies. Accountabilities:
  • Develop and lead the overall paid search strategy aligned with business growth, revenue, and performance objectives across multiple brands.
  • Manage and optimize large-scale SEM campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Search Ads 360.
  • Oversee multi-million-dollar budgets, ensuring strong ROI, efficiency, and sustainable growth across search channels.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to marketing leadership, providing insights on market trends, performance shifts, and investment opportunities.
  • Leverage AI, automation, and advanced bidding technologies to improve targeting, efficiency, and campaign performance.
  • Analyze complex performance data to generate actionable insights and drive both tactical optimizations and long-term strategy.
  • Design and lead A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to continuously improve SEM outcomes.
  • Establish best practices, governance, and documentation as the internal subject matter expert for search marketing.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including analytics, eCommerce, brand, design, and technology to execute integrated initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitive dynamics to maintain a strong performance edge.
Requirements
  • 7–10 years of experience managing and scaling large, complex SEM programs with a strong performance track record.
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Search Ads 360, and related paid search platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel, or equivalent platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on campaign execution and optimization.
  • Proven experience using AI-driven tools, automation, and advanced bidding strategies in paid search environments.
  • Strong ability to interpret data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Highly results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Curiosity and adaptability in a rapidly evolving digital and AI-driven marketing landscape.
