- Partner with leaders across operations, growth, product, and other business functions to evaluate expansion opportunities, strategic partnerships, new service offerings, and business initiatives.
- Build robust financial models, forecasts, and business cases that support executive-level decision-making and long-term growth strategies.
- Develop scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to assess risks, validate assumptions, and guide investment decisions.
- Lead the financial planning and operational design of new ventures, from concept development through pilot execution and scalable implementation.
- Establish key performance metrics, reporting frameworks, and analytical structures for emerging business lines and strategic initiatives.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and corporate development activities, including opportunity assessment, financial due diligence, valuation analysis, and integration planning.
- Assist with capital raising and financing initiatives by preparing investor materials, evaluating funding structures, and analyzing strategic alternatives.
- Collaborate with finance leadership on annual planning processes, forecasting activities, and selected financial operations as needed.
- Translate complex quantitative findings into clear, concise recommendations and executive-ready presentations for leadership and board-level audiences.
- Drive data-informed decision-making by combining analytical rigor with sound commercial judgment.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, management consulting, strategic finance, corporate development, or a combination of these environments.
- Proven expertise in advanced financial modeling, valuation techniques, forecasting, scenario analysis, and business case development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex opportunities and identify key value drivers.
- Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to balance quantitative analysis with practical strategic thinking.
- Experience working independently in ambiguous environments and structuring solutions to complex, unstructured business challenges.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present insights and recommendations to senior executives.
- Strong ownership mentality with a proactive approach to delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Science, or another quantitative discipline preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities and organizational needs.
- Experience supporting M&A transactions, strategic partnerships, or corporate development initiatives is highly desirable.
- SQL proficiency and hands-on data analysis capabilities are considered a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with healthcare services, insurance, value-based care, or highly regulated industries is beneficial but not required.
