This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Campaign Specialist - High Voltage based in United States.

This role focuses on driving impactful marketing initiatives that support the growth of advanced high-voltage technologies within the energy and electrification sector. You will contribute to the planning and execution of integrated campaigns that promote complex technical solutions to utilities, EPCs, industrial customers, and data center markets.
You will work at the intersection of marketing, engineering, product, and sales teams, helping translate highly technical offerings into clear, compelling, and customer-focused messaging.
The position plays a key role in building brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and supporting pipeline growth through multi-channel campaigns and industry events.
You will be responsible for tracking performance, analyzing campaign data, and continuously improving marketing effectiveness.

Accountabilities
  • Support the execution of integrated high-voltage marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, webinar, and event channels.
  • Coordinate and manage marketing activities related to industry events, trade shows, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, including engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates.
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor marketing effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
  • Support CRM and marketing automation processes using tools such as Salesforce and Eloqua.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing content, collateral, and technical storytelling materials.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or event coordination.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce and Eloqua.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience tracking and interpreting campaign performance data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to translate technical concepts into accessible messaging.
  • Experience in industrial, energy, or technical B2B environments is a plus.
