You will play a key role in shaping the future of HR systems and digital employee experience.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage vendor and third-party relationships, ensuring quality delivery, accountability, and alignment with enterprise objectives
  • Provide leadership to a team of HR Technology Specialists, including coaching, performance management, and capability development
  • Support governance processes including intake management, prioritization, impact analysis, and reporting to stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, security standards, and audit requirements (including SOX/CSOX)
  • Partner with HR, IT, finance, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective system solutions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications, with strong expertise in HR/HCM systems (Workday, ADP, SuccessFactors, or equivalent)
  • Proven experience leading application delivery, system operations, and cross-functional HR technology initiatives
  • Strong background in Workday integrations, configuration, and enterprise system architecture
  • Experience managing vendors, implementation partners, and managed service providers
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, change management, and enterprise application governance frameworks
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching and managing technical teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in complex, fast-paced enterprise environments
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and focus on continuous improvement
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation aligned with senior enterprise technology leadership roles
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage
  • Retirement savings programs and financial wellbeing support
  • Paid time off and flexible leave policies
  • Professional development opportunities and leadership growth pathways
  • Exposure to large-scale enterprise HR transformation and digital systems modernization
  • Inclusive and collaborative work environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement
