Position Overview:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) plays a pivotal role in steering the financial direction and health of the organization. Essential Job Functions:

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and audit requirements, maintaining robust financial governance frameworks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles, including executive-level responsibilities.
• Proven expertise in strategic financial planning, risk management, and financial governance.

Other Skills/Abilities:

• Strong knowledge of audit regulations and compliance standards applicable within the United States.
