About the Role

The Region Sales Manager delivers Marussia Beverages USA’s sales performance in a multi-state region growing distribution, managing distributor execution, and winning in key strategic accounts. Reporting to the Director of Sales, this is a close-to-the-trade seat that owns the territory number end to end. You will manage distributor partnerships, drive points of distribution and depletions for our priority brands, and partner with national accounts and marketing to translate national programming into local plays that win in market.

Core Accountabilities

1. Region Sales Delivery. Deliver NSV, points of distribution (POD), and distributor blended GP% targets in region.

2. Distributor Partnership & Execution. Manage distributor relationships, general sales meetings, programming, and in-market execution.

3. POD Growth. Drive POD growth and depletions for our priority brands.

4. Strategic & Regional Chain Calls. Partner on key account calls and chain activations within the territory.

5. Forecasting, Budget & Market Intelligence. Deliver accurate forecasts; manage A&P and T&E within plan; feed market insights back to leadership.

Key Activities

• Distributor ride-alongs and field calls

• General sales meetings (GSMs) and brand launches

• Monthly business reviews with the distributor

• Key account calls and activations

• Market visits and competitive scanning

• Incentive deployment with distributor reps

• Forecast and expense reporting

Who You Are

Close to the trade. You are energized by winning in territory and being in market with distributor reps and accounts.

A strong operator. You manage the details, from programming to ride-alongs to reviews, and execute with discipline.

Competitive. You compete for every point of distribution and own the territory number end to end.

A distributor partner. You work with distributor reps like teammates and stay honest about territory reality.

Resourceful. You find local plays that win accounts and deploy incentives to move the business.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of beverage alcohol sales experience

• Distributor management and multi-state accountability

• Three-tier and account-level execution experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Ability to travel extensively within the region for ride-alongs, market visits, and key account calls, with periodic travel for national and team meetings

Preferred

• Prior Regional Sales Manager experience

• EOS experience

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation is determined by experience and location, plus a target annual bonus of 20%. Marussia Beverages USA also offers medical, dental, and vision coverage; Simple IRA with company match; and paid time off and company holidays.
