Our established State Farm agency is seeking an experienced State Farm Senior Agency Representative to help operate the day-to-day activities of our agency. This is a senior-level individual contributor role for a confident insurance professional who understands State Farm operations and enjoys delivering exceptional client service while working independently.
This position does not supervise or manage employees. Instead, we're looking for someone who can confidently take ownership of client relationships, sales, service, account management, and help keep the agency operating smoothly each day.
Current and former State Farm agency team members are strongly encouraged to apply. Candidates with experience at Farmers, Allstate, American Family, or other insurance agencies may also be considered.
This is not an entry-level position.

This is not a high-pressure cold-calling sales role. While there may be occasional outbound calls, they are primarily to reconnect with former clients who were previously insured through our agency—not cold prospects. Our focus is on delivering outstanding customer service, strengthening client relationships, and growing an already successful book of business.
