We are actively looking for a Recruitment Analyst who will develop, plan, manage and execute strategic recruitment objectives.

Description
We are actively looking for a Recruitment Analyst who will develop, plan, manage and execute strategic recruitment objectives.
EXPERIENCE IN:
- Full cycle of administrative and indirect positions.
- Create talent attraction strategies.
- Onboarding of the new employee.
- Collaborate with head of departments to ensure the correct according to the needs of the profiles.
- Ensure the alignment of the selection process with the organization's values and culture.
- Implement improvements in processes based on metrics and market trends.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology.
- Advanced English language level.
- At least 2 years managing of administrative and operational personnel.
- Experience with manufacturing company.
- Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila.
